Predecessors: (started in 1970) Adult Learning Center and Adult Accelerated Learning Center (AALEC)
Purpose: to assist students 16 years and older in obtaining either a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or a high school diploma
Diplomas: earned by completing the requirements of the Performance Learning Center (PLC) or of the General Achievement Diploma (GAD).
